The Science of Feeling Better
This is an immersive wellness experience personally handcrafted to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and truly understand what is happening in your mind and body when life feels overwhelming. We translate the science in a way that actually makes sense in your everyday life.

Expect an experience that feels grounding, interactive, lightly playful, and genuinely restorative all at once.At the heart of this event is a look at the neuroscience of stress. We’ll get to experience what all this means. An exciting component of this workshop will be our interactive session that includes a short, chair yoga and a laughter yoga experience.
